SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

Supported employment refers to service provisions wherein people with disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, mental health, and traumatic brain injury, among others, are assisted with obtaining and maintaining employment. Supported employment is an intensive, ongoing service provided to our clients when they need support on how to negotiate getting a job that fits the skills that they process. Supported employment can play a vital role in them doing so.  This can lead clients to feeling established and valued as a person and employee, and therein giving them confidence and a better quality of life overall. Our services include but not limited to transportation and hands on supervision and support.
