In Home Support:
Our IHS services are to serve and support the unique developmental and behavioral needs of clients under the age of eighteen (18). Bright Horizon Homes main goal is to help the clients and families to identify the support needed based upon the client’s health/safety needs, interests, choices, and goals. Every client’s needs are done on a person-centered planning process with the most important factor giving the best care possible. IHS is done in the client’s home. In addition, Bright Horizon Homes can provide the families of the client with the support of choosing appropriate providers that will provide the best services. Bright Horizon Homes’ goal is to help the clients and their families remain as independent, healthy and safe as possible.
Supported Living:
